Collaborative Industry Projects (CIP) Grant

Working in partnership with Enterprise Singapore (ESG), VitalOne is pleased to be an approved vendor under the CIP scheme, which supports SME clinics with 70% upfront grant to offset your qualifying software adoption costs for implementation of a customised clinic management software. You will only need to pay 30% of the qualifying software costs.

This is an industry collaboration with ESG to assist SME clinics in the specialist healthcare sector to help address business challenges and better increase productivity and innovation. The project has been pre-approved and is now open for clinics to register your interest.

Grant Application Process

1. Email us with your contact details
We will schedule a phone call or a meeting to further understand your requirements, and also to advise if you qualify for the grant. This is a limited grant for selected specialisations only.

2. Evaluate & confirm VitalOne’s proposal
We will scope your requirements and prepare a proposal for your evaluation.

3. Send required documents to Enterprise Singapore for approval.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, prepare and send your ACRA BizFile (<6mths old), latest Financial Statements and CDG Application Form to ESG. Your SME Centre Business Advisor will be able to assist you on the documents needed.

4. Sign Letter of Offer
Upon approval, ESG will issue a letter of offer. The grant covers 70% of qualifying software adoption costs – you only need to pay 30% upfront.

5. Start Project
We will start software development. The project cycle is estimated to take 2-3 months.

6. End Project & Provide feedback.
We will provide user training to you and your staff, and assist in a smooth transition.

Grant Qualification Criteria

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that meet the following criteria are eligible:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • At least 30% local shareholding

  • Group annual sales turnover ≤ S$100m or group employment of ≤ 200 employees

VitalOne Criteria

1. We require a contactable liaison to be committed to the project until full implementation (estimated 3 months).

2. We will require data to be migrated to be made available / given to us in an agreed upon format

3. Upon project completion, we will require a report from the clinic on quantifiable measures of the project outcomes.
